At the Darwin Golf Club we pride ourselves on our friendly atmosphere and picturesque Thompson and Wolveridge designed course. Fortunately enough we have a 180 degree sweeping view of this from the clubhouse. Our outside veranda area is a main attraction after golf or when just looking for a great place to relax and enjoy a cold beer. The veranda provides shelter from the heat & rain all year round! If you prefer to sit & enjoy the sunshine we also have tables on a grassed area overlooking the new practice putting green – this area is very popular on cool dry season evenings. Our social committee hold a BBQ every Friday night for members & their guests & offer the best steak in town! This BBQ is run by volunteer members & is a great way to get to know other members around the club. Don’t be afraid to volunteer your BBQ Skills & show the other members your talents! Our clubhouse is fully air-conditioned & has seating inside for approximately 200 guests. Our friendly bar staff have a wide range of beverages available to quench your thirst after a round of golf! The clubhouse is open to the public to enjoy the facilities but regular visitors over the age of 18 will need to become a social member. Don’t forget, we also have gaming facilities in our 18+ gaming lounge including poker machines, NT Keno & TAB so if having a punt is your thing, we’ve got you covered. So bring the whole family and become a part of the Darwin Golf Club. You’ll be most welcome

As of 1 Jan 2017, The Darwin Golf Club has taken the decision to limit the number of competition rounds non-members can play in member’s competitions to 6 in any calendar year. Once you have played 6 rounds of competition golf with us, we would sincerely like you to consider joining as a member so that you can enjoy all the benefits that membership of the Darwin Golf Club brings including unlimited access to member’s competition playing rights.
It should be noted that your participation in any of the 3 Open events we hold each year, does not contribute to the 6 game limit. Likewise, participation in the NT Amateur when hosted at DGC, does not contribute to the 6 game limit.
I understand that this decision has caused some frustration among those that would like to just pay green fees and play in our competitions as many times as they like however out of deference to our members, we cannot allow this to continue. We welcome warmly all visitors to the Darwin Golf Club and hope that you might consider playing your golf with us full time. If you would like any information on membership categories, please contact us on (08) 8927 1322.
